I found Barnaby / Fitness 38 when looking for a fitness coach in Shrewsbury. He is an excellent personal trainer, he motivates you, pushes you beyond your expectations and perceived levels whilst keeping the fitness programme fresh and interesting. He's improved my cardio, strength and conditioning which is a major achievement.
