Excellent  place but joined for Les mills classes that have now been removed from the studio projector. Really disappointing and I may now have to move on 😞

Great gym, plenty of equipment, no nonsense, bit cold in the winter months so take a jumper.

Outstandingly convenient - free parking - open around the clock. All the fitness equipment you would ever need. Friendly staff!

Hats off to allen, holly, and drew for making my week in shrewsbury so great. Easy to get started with the membership, easy to use, and the gym has a wealth of resources for members to get fit, including discounts at local businesses. Surprisingly spacious for its location. I do wish there were a stair master and a roman chair here, and there seem to be some members who could use a refresher course on putting trash into bins instead of scattering it all over the floor, but overall this is a great gym with solid equipment and staff who are eager to help you achieve your goals!
