I called willows florist after choosing a funeral heart design form their website. The service was friendly and very helpful. I wanted a certain flower added at short notice and they were more than happy to help me. Making a sad time easier. I had flowers delivered this morning and they was beautiful! A nice pleasant delivery driver too which inspired me to leave this review as it made me feel like he cared, as though he owns the business himself? He may very well do but on the off chance he doesn’t, I just thought I’d give him a special mention
