Only found out by reading reviews that opening time is now 10 o clock, not 9 as it always has been and still showing on website. Staff can see you are waiting outside, but cannot be bothered to come over. Great customer service. Even a hand written hours of opening sign would be better than no information at all. Rumours of it closing? Doesn't surprise me at all.

Booked a lane but when we got there no lane booked...luckily was space. Needs a bit of a re vamp in my opinion. Staff attentive and helpful.

Very poor! Website said open hours are from 9am. Doors didn't open til after 10am. Staff made no attempt to come see us at the doors to explain there have been some changes. We were left out in the cold and wet. We went inside and mentioned a lot of the children have autism. The girl at the desk was saying she'd came back after Christmas and then found there were changes. Well its now mid February and the website had not changed at all, still had the original opening times. A group of school children arrived at 9am only to leave as it was cold and no one spoke to them. The game was nice but wouldve been nice to have a warm tea or coffee but like the game nachines, the coffee machine was not working

Staff unfriendly. It's closing and they deserve it. No atmosphere. Decore is revolting.
