They don't deserve one star. Took £50 out of my account. They were not in Derby where we were supposed to collect van from. Then after taking money told us we had to travel to Burton. We then cancelled booking as this was not going to be possible and despite numerous excuses and promises still have not returned payment to my account. Now having to claim through banking ombudsmen. I'd avoid this company a
