Very Disappointed to the fact that my Daughter try for a Flat Was ask to view 2 Of them & because she feel it was not what she expected her and my son has not been penalize for getting a Room / Flat For that they both been ingnored, lied to Is just so unperfashionail from this agency. While I was on holidays my daughter found another Flat , she call them a appointment was made for her to view , Sadly on the day of the appointment the agency call her to cancel appointment for what reason she never know . On my return we found another ,I then call up Spoke to Peter after telling him who I where a reason for calling he said because my daughter after seen the first 2 Rooms and never took one that My Daughter was wasting there time???? How can a agency feel that way A customer can ask to view flats , Rooms etc That dose not say they should take the first they seen , it was not what my daughter expected the adviser who showed us around Never knew half of the questions we was asking , was never helpful at all. She never even tell us about there website ?? Well since then I have contact Peter who feel my daughter was wasting there time But then put me onto there website Which we found a number of interesting places We spend 2 whole days calling this agency , sending emails With No Responce Just that Answering machine We try another day ringing the best part of the. Day Just getting the. Answering Machine On a normal working day When I finally got through to speak with someone , I spoke to Micheal who I then told him my reason for calling , and left my phone number the whole 4 times which I had to call back which I spoke with him said his reply was " i will past u Request on to a adviser who will call me back to arrange viewings " Nothing not one adviser call me or email me it was on that Friday afternoon till I mange to get a adviser which I been trying to call all day Just got the answering machine When I finally spoke I emforsize my concern to adviser that we interested in this Rooms for my Daughter , son and 2 other Co workers I was the told the day was coming to the end for them as they will be closing and promises they will get back to us on that Monday Well Monday came no Phone call , No emails I try calling again just answering machine Then I try calling with my husband mobile And my call was answered wow was that a relief Where I then spoke to peter who made a hole lot excuses say the phone line was not working When I ask him of the Rooms we where interested in his reply the whole lot if single rooms which they had on there website that is advertise to the public as available Now was Gone ???? This agency ignored all our calls (25 plus phone calls plus emails just because they feel my daughter waste there time by not excepting a Room from her first viewing They deliberately ingnored answering there phone because they could identified our moble number , But when calling from another they answer So what massage there telling anyone ?? They not interested in any customer who has the right to choose any flat or Roon what they can afford , And has to live in it if they feel that customer like my daughter wasted there time? They so unperfashionail They need to be trained to be given customer service They need to Remember that without the customer they have no business The customers have rights to choose There the once having to live in a Room where there comfortable and it affordable for there budget My experience with this agency is so unbelievable And I will go to the next level to put my experience to the public via TV Newspaper Because I feel as mother my daughter And was treated unfairely And to be given a opportunity for a Room. Which was advertise to be available And if our call was never ingnored My daughter and son would have had either of those Rooms Peter claim has Gone Which is a lie . Karen mccoy
