Pizza is great, but the delivery is just awful — usually comes late and cold and you’ve nowhere to complain. The person on the phone number given in the order confirmation barely speaks any English. Really shocking service which is sad because the pizzas they make is pretty good.

They say good things come to those who wait .. well OMG I've just had my pizza and drinks, and yes It was good so good I ate a lot lol definitely would recommend quality ingredients and amazing taste. And the dessert Nutella strawberry is just amazing .

The worst pizza I've had since microwaving Iceland pizzas as a kid. It's shocking to pay over £20 for an 18inch pizza that has less cheese on it that a 10inch Franco Manca, and that's saying something! Large patches were just dry dough with a touch of tomato but no cheese. There were probably no more than 12 pieces of pepperoni on this 254 square inch pizza, so it was pretty barren.  We ordered ours to Bad Moon board game cafe that they have a partnership with. I think they wait until they have enough orders to bother delivering it, which is probably why it was so dry by the time it arrived. The staff at Bad Moon were kind enough to give us complimentary drinks to say sorry.  I never thought that microwaving a pizza could improve it, but that's the only way I could eat it the next day. Even then, it made my jaw ache trying to bite through the crust. A total rip off, avoid.

Very nice thin crust pizza, great vegetarian options. The pizza dough was freshly made and toppings were good quality. Fun surprise: ordered a coke and it was a Italian one

Very few toppings for a "huge" pizza. Missing paid for extra toppings, apathetic staff  delivery person and person answering call . 0 star frozen supermarket experience, there goes my hard earned money... Thanks

Overpriced pizzas. Paid 21 pounds to get delivered a basic pizza with 2 small slices of ham and almost no cheese. Can get the same for much cheaper in other brands.

I ordered a Gluten Free Pizza from Basilico and it was absolutely inedible! I am not a fussy eater I never thought I would come across a pizza that I would really really struggle to eat. The crust was rock-hard only the middle bits were safe to eat , the delivery was super late and the pizza was cold.

These pizzas are always amazing. The quality, consistency and speed is unparalleled.

This is the address from where I asked my pizza last week but in Deliveroo app the name appears as: "Pizza verde" I have no idea, what I really do know is that I have eaten one of the best vegetarian/vegan pizza ...¡It was so yummy!  I added extra vegan cheese . The size was 14'' and 3 of us where eating it, so I really recommend you to buy 2 if you are more than 3 people, because I really wanted to eat it all by myself and I am not really a "Pizza lover ". xP  Ps:Fast Delivery , it arrived 15-20 minutes after my order.  Thanks guys for doing such a delicious job!

1 star: Overpriced pizza... You pay a premium price for a non premium product Updating my review from 11 months ago, I would give this place even lower stars of possible. They operate on Deliveroo under different names Pizza Verde, Protein Pizza... But it's all the same quality as I've had from Basilico 11 months ago, still a £16 pizza that I wouldn't eat even for free...
