I'd give no stars if it was possible. This place is disgusting, our chicken was raw and could have quite easily made me and my boyfriend ill. Staff are incredibly rude, especially a woman called Lisha who shouted at me down the phone, told me she "doesn't care what i do with the chicken" and also put the phone down on me while i enquired about my refund. Needs shutting down, claims to have 4 star food hygiene rating on the website when in fact they have 1 star, which is illegal. I urge anybody not to go there. No doubt they will be shut down soon.

Very disappointed in the customer service as we were missing an item from our order which when we politely complained we were accused of lying as he claimed he put the item on himself which was just not true. The man on the phone was very rude and even put the phone down on us. Thanks to the lady there we did get our missing item about 3 hours later... My daughter used to order from here a lot but because of this we will go elsewhere

Disgusting service, rude and ignorant, will never use again. Sent wrong thing and blamed me and would not replace.
