My husband and I went for dinner for the first time here and we were blown away by the quality of the food. Great service and will definitely go again! Fantastic time there really good food for a great price!

Very tasty beef brisket bloomer with added goats cheese and the salad was really fresh felt more than just pub grub defo recommend

Fantastic venue, with amazing food. They have a fantastic cocktail menu if your wanting a few cocktails, alternatively they also do the most refreshingly delicious mocktails, perfect for just a little afternoon drink, for those non drinkers or the designated drivers out there. I didn't have one today, but they also do the most amazing cheesecake.

Nice place, very friendly and professional staff. Food was really nice too.. only reason for the 4 star is how dated it looks. If only the same attention to the amazing outside space had been also shown to the inside. Will always recommend.

A bit of a rushed visit as the taxi turned up early. A great range of cocktails, something for everyone. As always with cocktails, their complexity means that they can take some time to make, but that is part of the charm.

Been here lots of times over the years and always enjoyed lovely cocktails and food. However recently we’ve not been impressed. I can’t eat dairy, so when I asked for the allergen menu I was told you will just need to order from the vegan selection. This choice consisted of a veggie burger with no bun for the same price as a normal burger! or lentil meatballs or a falafel sandwich. I asked if there was any other option, eventually the chef came from the kitchen and I ordered an alternative. I would not be comfortable ordering if I had a serious allergy rather than just being intolerant as I am, as apparently they have no printed allergen menus. The food then took a long time to come, possibly due to taking longer to order too. I won’t be rushing back, which is a shame as we really try to support local small businesses. If they could ensure they have a better way of dealing with allergies, we would try again.

This was our second visit to DV8 and the food was amazing again, it was booked for my birthday and the table was prepared with Prosecco and a cake board for afters. The service by Jamie and will was fantastic this evening, so thank you for a lovely birthday evening, I would highly recommend. Hayley

This is a lovely place to grab food and/or drinks. My wife and I visit regularly and the food is always superb. Look forward to lots more visits!

Went on a Thursday afternoon off work and the food was absolutely exceptional, fantastic portion and great staff. Couldn't recommend highly enough

Absolutely fab place. Booked it for a Sunday afternoon baby shower. Wow, the food was lush & plentiful. We were all stuffed & there was such a good selection of both savouries & cakes. We had chicken croquettes, the most amazing mozzarella sticks, hot & cold sandwiches. They catered so well for one of the group who was vegan. Cocktails were lovely too! Great service & ambience. I look forward to returning & would definitely recommend!
