Fantastic sessions that are designed to cater for all levels of fitness, be it beginners to advance. I found everyone to be friendly and welcoming. Steve's the PT motivation and positive energy passes onto all those training to push harder to achieve their goals. I fully recommend trying the classes out to which I promise you won't be disappointed
Fantastic fitness place. Several classes to choose from. Steve instructor leads every single class. All levels welcome and made to feel at ease. I've been a member since July and although I've attended daily I've not done the same class twice. Steve is encouraging and motivates throughout. The other members welcome you as part of the family. If you've bot tried it yet then give it a go, you'll love it
I cannot recommend FBI enough, its not just a gym its a community. Stephen is such an amazing instructor he genuinely cares about every member and makes it his mission to bring out the best in everyone regardless of their fitness abilities and supports them. Not only that, every member encourages each other, I was nervous starting thinking I'd be alone and desperately trying to keep up but everyone is lovely we all support each other. Stephen works so hard to create a real team environment. No class is the same and Stephen always makes sure that his classes are suitable for everyone with step down or step up options along with tailored made options for anyone needing it. If you're looking for somewhere to get fit, get out, have fun yes we do have fun along the way amongst the sweat & make a change, make friends then look no further than fitness by Instruction
Amazing, clean and well equipped gym in Spennymoor town. Plenty of parking options. Great choice of classes and times. The instructor is highly motivating with excellent knowledge and expertise in all things fitness. The gym specialises in group fitness but also offers PT sessions. Small classes of friendly, non judgemental members. Varied age range and levels of fitness but everyone is made to feel very welcome. Excellent value for money. Unlimited classes included in membership. No peak/ off peak or long contracts. Pay per class is available. A brilliant community feel to a fantastic gym.
started with fitness by instruction 3 weeks ago was really nervous as not done any sort of gym or fitness classes in 5 years. I was made to feel welcome by everyone great atmosphere excellent classes. highly recommended
Third week in,great atmosphere in the gym and really enjoy the classes. Everyone is very welcoming and Stephen is very motivating and keeps you right with different techniques etc would really recommend
Great instructor and friendly group. Routines change all the time to keep you on your toes.
Love this place the best atmosphere I go on my own and always feel welcome ,& have a good laugh aswell as training the classes are brilliant adiffernet everyday - I would recommend to anyone and always will 10++++
Great classes.. good motivation and excellent atmosphere .... It's definitely worth a visit
I train here... The coach is super flexible as my timings change due to child care.
