Always absolutely horrendous. If you collect the atmosphere is that of lateness and disorganisation. Recently ordered for delivery and was told after 50 minutes that it would be a further 20 minutes but they would offer me a dessert for free ? I opted for a refund and when I next checked my phone I had five missed calls from a pizza delivery guy who was outside but had failed to ring the working doorbell. Well done again Firezza. You aren’t worth it.

We use to order pizza from Firezza because they are good and taste like an " Italian pizza" but they must have change something with the ingredients. It doesn't feel like an Italian pizza anymore. We couldn't finished it, we felt that some ingredient was very low quality and we didn't feel well for 24 hours after eaten it. Very disappointed!

Used these guys for the first time tonight. Delivered promptly,polite staff. Pizza was ....amazing!!! So much better and tastier than your bog standard delivered pizza. Genuine hand made real pizza. Will definitely use them again. Lisa
