Don’t waste your time with Firezza - even if you order anything other than a cheese and tomato pizza, it’s highly likely most of your pizza will look like that… poor value and I shan’t be ordering again - I encourage you to spend your hard-earned money elsewhere too! Update: the owner has contacted me to apologise, albeit with a number of excuses busy chefs, stretched at weekends, etc. etc.. I have accepted the apology but refused replacement pizza on the account of not potentially wanting another ruined meal - I also standby my review, the pizza quality was poor and it appears as if profits are prioritised over quality.
Pizza nice but it was mean to have ham and peppers and it had neither, just goats cheese and sun dried tomatoes instead. Just not what I ordered.
Cold pizza! I understood that it’s a cold night and busy time of the evening. But the pizza turned up an hour later and i have to put it back in the oven to reheat. I’m afraid I can’t help but to give a 2 star. The salad was ok. No wonder why they are offering 40% off. Must improve before they lose everyone for good.
Pizza was very soggy around the middle where most of the toppings were and the base was mostly burned. Considering I ordered quite late, it would make sense for it to be undercooked not overcooked. 2 stars for the flavour which was alright. Probably won't order again, sorry!
Best pizza ever in Wimbledon!! Tasty and fresh!!The staff is really kind and always fast! My favourite pizza restaurant!!
We won't be ordering from Firezza Wimbledon again. They were our favourite pizza place and we have been regular customers for several years. Unfortunately in the last 6 months this branch has gone drastically downhill. The last 6+ times that we have ordered and the day of the week has varied each time we have received our food between 30 minutes and an hour later than the listed delivery time. When we've called to ask - we always get told the food is on its way, but it can still take more than half an hour longer to arrive. Food often arrives cold and it has also arrived burnt several times lately. We've had parts of our order missing several times too. We have complained numerous times and been given vouchers for money off our next pizza straightaway... but these vouchers do not work when we visit the website and enter the coupon code. We wouldn't have kept going back if the pizza hadn't once been so good - it's just a huge shame that they can't live up to those standards anymore. For anyone looking for an alternative local delivery pizza company with equally awesome pizzas but accurate, reliable delivery times - we now use Basilico.
Awful. I ordered first time a couple of months ago and it was quite nice. Second order the pizza was dry but I hoped it was a fluke. Today I ordered for the 3rd time and it is barely edible. Awful, dry, stone cold. Money completely down the drain. I would never recommend to any of my friends and I regret giving this place repeated business.
Pizza base is good but paying £15 for a pizza with literally nothing on top it's overly disappointing. Obviously the picture from the menu wasn't as bad.
Really good! Sat in the restaurant and had a metre of margarita/piccante which they made half and half, a very reasonably price bottle of montepulciano and water. The pizza was really good, very Italian style. Definitely using quality flour, tomato and cheese. Wholeheartedly recommend, and hope to be back during our stay in London.
Have to agree with other recent reviews - something has gone badly wrong with this branch in the last 6 months or so. It’s the only pizza delivery company I’ve used since 2010 - they make great pizzas! But they are now consistently late. VERY late. The last 6 orders have all arrived a minimum of 45 minutes late and cold. Sometimes missing a component of the order too. Tonight’s pizza turned up an hour late, even though I ordered 2 hours in advance of a requested delivery time foolishly thinking this might help them to plan ahead. They rarely bother to answer the phone and, when they do, they are astonishingly rude not to mention clueless about the state of their orders. I’ve really tried to give benefit of the doubt in recent weeks but it’s just not worth the bother when there are other options out there who show more respect to their customers.
