Great service here - Vince and Kevin were super attentive and the service itself was fast. We ordered the Dirty Burger and were kindly given a 50/50 option of the hot and smoky wings. Would definitely recommend
Very good service. Visited with a friend. All waiters greeted us as we walked through to our table. Our waiter was very friendly, telling us about his pending uni trip to Australia etc.. very kind and accommodating. Consistently we were asked if everything was fine with our meals, thankfully this wasn't overdone to the point they were breathing down our necks. Had no problem paying the £5.19 service charge. Would definitely visit again. And the food was beautiful. Nuggets were a bit dry and £4 for coleslaw is crazy!!! But would definitely recommend.
Very expensive, cool atmosphere. Service - slow and the waiter couldn't explain things clearly - not too bad though. Dirty burger - asked for no salad and got salad. Cold bun so had to send back, and then the bun was really soggy. Burger was average. Sweet potato fries - really nice but very salty so maybe ask for no salt and then salt yourself.
Went on a Monday evening, when it was mostly empty; the staff was super friendly. Food-wise, I've found it OK but nothing to write home about. £38 for two main+side and a shared TINY milkshake is overpriced. You can eat the same for less all along the street. :
Alarm bells started ringing when I was asked how I would like my burger but was then told medium rare was not an option. Ordered medium and when the burger arrived it was on the well side of medium. Overall the burger was average but disappointing, the toppings were OK, and the sweet potato fries were at least slightly crispy. Decided to order a Bloody Mary, when it arrived it was in a short glass and full of ice. Whilst it was delicious there was only about 100ml of drinkable liquid. The real shocker came when the bill arrived and I had been charged £8 for the privilege of this miniaturised beverage. Yes I should have seen the price and yes I should have sent it back, but I didn't. The waitress was attentive enough to see something was bothering us and asked if everything was OK. We explained that we were unhappy about the cocktail and price and her response was, well you should have seen the price, which is fair enough, because if I had I would have sent it back. Because of this experience we will not be returning to this establishment again when there are much better options available in the surrounding areas that at least know how to cook a burger properly.
2nd time I have been here and almost made it a 3rd but they were closed their dirty bird burger and fries are really nice words don't even do it justice
We went there a Friday evening. It was busy, we were told there would be a 30 minutes wait for the food, which is okay. We ordered 2 burgers, shared fries and something to drink. The burgers was fine, the fries wasn't very interesting to be honest. In general it was over priced and since we were seated very close to a very open door it was very cold.
great service, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. had a really nice time. the dirty burger was top notch, although the fries were nothing to write home about. having said that,, I would definitely rather visit here again than GBK a couple of doors down.
Very disappointing , The business clearly needs an overhaul. The staff are not led in any way. There is no host or hostess. Takeaway deliveries were taking priority over seated waiting customers. A Saturday evening and only 3 waiting staff , no one doing drinks, no one doing check backs , As a business that helps businesses to achieve their max potential , we are happy to come and show where things are wrong. It could be a good mine , but as it is I am afraid it will soon fail if the owners don't take drastic action to save the business
Ordered the Dirty Burger and fries, wasn't asked how we would like it cooked, the fries were very greasy. But the worst part of the experience was the very warm cheap wine which they passed off as savigoun blanc, which was also served in a water glass rather than a wine glass! Will not be visiting this establishment again nor will I be recommending it. Also a complete rip off, costing £51 for 2 burgers, fries, 1 glass of wine, and 1 beer.
