Fantastic food!!! Loved it so much we went back the very next night. Great staff. Nice atmosphere, very homely. I had the veggie moussaka--yummy. I tasted the lamb, which was exceptional and had no idea how wonderful Turkish Delight ice cream could be. Next time in Petersfield we will definitely book a table. Don't miss the starters. Delish.
Really enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was lovely, especially the mains and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. You should try the Turkish delight ice cream, it's really good. Parking: Next to a large public car park
This place was recommended to me & it didn't dissapoint. Really tasty fresh food, good service & very friendly staff. The interior was so beautiful. Will return again soon!
Update 20/10/21: Visted two weeks later because it was so good and it was still SO good! ***** All the five star reviews arent wrong! Fez is truly amazing! Both food and service were excellent and it seemed like only two people running the show. They were also really good with allergies, advising what could be removed to make dishes suitable! Very good, would recommend
Really impressed with Fez. Always delivering great food and never to disappoint. The takeaway options are top quality and delicious. Eating in is also a wonderful experience - cannot rate highly enough. Well done to all who work there.
Absolutely faultless. Staff extremely attentive, even though he seemed to be working alone. Food was exceptional. I didn't know what to expect from a Turkish restaurant as I've never been before. It did not disappoint. Would definitely put this on my list of top 5 local treasures!Food: 5/5
Hidden gem in the centre of Petersfield. Fantastic venue for a fab Turkish coffee or hot chocolate mid morning. Recommend their all day Turkish breakfast equally adapted for vegetarian needs. A regular visitor to Fez, I am always met with warmth, kindness and courtesy. Whether a new customer or regular you will quickly become part of ‘the Fez family’. Vegetarian options: The food of the Levant, including Turkish food is traditionally meze based platters of widely varied and scrumptious vegetarian dishes. I have no difficulty choosing from the extensive vegetarian based menu and staff equally conversant with vegan options. Kid-friendliness: The wonderful family who run Fez restaurant are attentive and immediately on hand to support family dining needs with high chairs available. Parking: Ideal parking at Waitrose pay and display car park or on street parking locally at Lavant Street or Swan Street public car park. Wheelchair accessibility: The ground floor main restaurant is partly wheel chair accessible; with the level entrance from pavement through entrance door from pavement; but with one step within the restaurant to access the dining area and no disabled access toilet due to space restrictions. However the events room adjacent is fully wheel chair accessible but no disabled access toilet. Dietary restrictions: The staff are keen to support and advise, combining friendly and knowledgable understanding of customer dietary needs and preferences
This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Petersfield. I’ve not been to Turkey however this does appear to be very authentic of not only in its menu but also in it’s atmosphere and for group dining it’s also possible to book a traditional Turkish dining area. I can heartily recommend this place for a great meal.
Amazing food , very good service. Everything was very tasty. We sat upstairs which was a nicer area than downstairs. Highly recommended
