used to be a lovely place it's changed over the past 12 months staff arnt interested in the residents , you can see the residents wasting away , your not made to feel welcome and I don't like visiting my family member and you could walk in and no one would even notice

The home is very well ran for the residents, infact I would say it is faultless. The admin side for the families, on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired.
