After using chadderton branch for 40 years+ I thought that going to oldham's newly refurbished branch would be a lot easier but I couldn't believe there are only TWO tills serving. Surely if you close a branch you must expect those customers to use the main branch in Oldham...therefore more tills. Come on Yorkshire Bank....think it may be time to change.

The new refurbishment has made the bank more airy, bright and welcoming. The staff are friendly and efficient
