Going into the branch they are brilliant cuatomer service is excellent for that I'd give 5 stars but Trying to get through by phone is absolutely rediculous, each time I've tried ringing for the past year I've not once had an answer. I've come to the conclusion they have silenced the phone n hid it in a cupboard I couldn't even muster up 1  star for phoning.

Crap bank ever they don't answer the phone think it's time to switch to another bank as these are poo!!!! Don't see the point in use advertising your number if you ain't going to answer the pigging thing....
