Shocking customer services, rude and unhelpful, and severely under staffed, moved my money and savings and would certainly not recommend this bank.
So rude! Women with black hair glasses, did not want to help or listen to what I was trying to say.Definitely never going to this branch !
Absolutely abysmal service by Michelle, this lady seemed to take pleasure in being unhelpful, rude, antagonistic and combative. I was truly startled by this ladies behaviours, I do understand that Covid has placed everyone under pressure, but this was far beyond the pale. This bank needs to run customer service refresher courses for some members of staff or disciplinary action needs to be enforced. Avoid Michelle!
Where shall we start, Covid 19 All banks not just Santander seem to think closing on a saterday is a good idea, so where is your customer focus? people who work in the supply chain only have saterday to pay bills, and who thought this was a good idea it maybe good for you to make extra revenue by late payment fees, out of the 7 days in a week you had to pick from, you had to pick saterday??,well done on your lack of customer care & focus

If you want the worst service for banking by all means this is the bank. Staff are the most unhelpful even when requested to speak to the manager. What a distasteful experience.
What an awful bank!! Staff are extremely unhelpful and obstructive at Oldham branch. Absolutely disgusting. Do not bank here.
I have been with Santander for a long time and I find the staff most helpful and very knowledgeable.
