I booked in to get my dashcam for my car fitted, and when I arrived on the day of my appointment they said they had no record of my booking! I had booked a month in advance, as it was the earliest that they could do it - so it was very annoying on the day of my booking being told they never had me booked in! The guy I spoke to on the desk made it out like it was my fault, and never took accountability for their mistake or even apologised - and kept telling me how busy they were for the next few weeks. That was why I'd booked in a month prior! He managed to fit me in, and he made it out like he was doing me a big favour. His whole attitude was awful. When the work was done and I went to collect my car, he tried charging me 3 times the cost of what I was originally quoted on the phone!!! The customer service here is dreadful, they have a bad attitude, and clearly the receptionist is incompetent.

Few years ago I went here to get my throttle body replaced, and they curbed 2 off my brand new alloys and said they didn’t do it when you can clearly see the curb dust on them!!ServicesGeneral repairs & maintenance
The clock spring on my VW went and as it was more an electrical issue the usual garage I went to weren't able to help and recommended these guys and I'm really glad they did! Everyone was so friendly, I was shocked at how quickly they did the work to my car and it was fantastic value. Really very impressed.

Great service and nice people. Had an electrical problem with the A/C on a Fiat 500. Which was diagnosed and rectified all at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.ServicesGeneral repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning
If I could give this place a 0* review I would… Used fenlake autos once for a head unit diagnostic as it was popping, they said they’ll send it to Ford for them to look at, when got back fenlake said they “sorted” it and charged me £200 it probably lasted about 9 hours then started again so I went back and asked them to sort the problem. The lady at fenlake is nice and try’s to help but she always gives the phone to the technician who is absolutely useless help. Also refused to give me my £200 refund back and said I need new head unit and said I’ll have to pay they won’t even take £200 off it. This place is a scam and I WILL not be back to this terrible place. I’ve found 10x better places who are cheaper and actually do the work CORRECTLY. I’d advice to never use fenlake autos there terrible especially one of the guys he’s useless and unprofessional just says stuff to take money off you.
Gave one quote charged and charged another price . Needed the back break pads done and abs sensor to replace Gave me quote over phone £111. And then charged me £250. Sensor was supplied by myself.
