Been waiting for a call back from their escalation team in customer complaints for over 3 weeks and the problem they caused on my car happened on the 31st october and its now the 8 of jan. been promised an e-mail or a call everyday for a week and nothing happens. the only way i might get this resolved is to sit outside the office till someone actually takes this seriously. its disgusting the way they treat customers when their is a problem.
The technician that carried out my replacement was simply Oustanding. Customer Care at its best.
My windscreen was vandalized by some kids and I claimed through my insurance. Autoglass were extremely helpful, when I called them the guy on the phone was really understanding and waited whilst I also spoke to the police. He did explained everything clearly to me and booked the job in. They came out to me and replaced the windscreen at my home address. Tony was the name of the technician, he was very professional and friendly, he got the job done cleanly and in good time. The windscreen itself now looks factory new, you'd never know it had been replaced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend autoglass based on the experience I've had.
