Had huge problems with these guys. Rented a property in Fenham but had to go all the way out to Washington to sign the contract. Even in the car it took half an hour, and if I didn't have a car no idea what how I would have got there. They made no attempt to try and make this any easier for me, considering I lived in Heaton at the time. If you rent properties that are a half an hour drive away from your offices you should be willing to sign the documents at the property.

I moved into me new property today n would just like to say what a  fab company Fenix have been to me and my family. We had a few issues that came up but they helped us sort it. wud use again in the future if needed x

Told we would get £240 holding fee back if we failed the credit check, only to be told it can only be used again on other property.

I rented my first house through these. Had few problems with the boiler and they weren't interested the way it was handled I was made to feel like I was in the wrong. Even when I moved out they charged me £55 for a catch on a window which never opened! I would have disputed however I was desperate to get my bond back to use for next house. After I moved out they reduced the rent by £50 per month to new tenants even though In negotiations they said they couldn't move on price when I took the property on. Never use these if there's anything you do in life. If you can wait the social housing list it is worth it, don't rent off these crooks to pay someone else's mortgage who probably doesn't even live in this country!!!
