What initially seemed like a simple repair turned out to be a far more serious and complex engine fault. They kept me informed throughout and given the low value of the vehicle, sought cost-effective ways to repair it. Without their help and perseverance, I doubt that my son's car would have been back on the road. It now runs better than ever. I cannot recommend this garage highly enough, if you are seeking car repairs done honestly, well and at a fair price.

I was always wary of going to mechanics in fear of being ripped off. I found these online and saw they had 5*. I have now taken my car there on many occasions and always get 5* service with reasonable prices and feel I can trust them. It’s really nice to be able to trust a mechanics and I’ll be going here from now on! Highly recommend.

Booked in with fd mechanics as the reviews where great. Was worried as there are a lot of dodgy mechanics around that can rip you off big time, if you don't know about cars yourself. Rung FD mechanics to book an MOT and service and a really nice guy answered and was really helpful. Just as arranged the car was picked up from the HOUSE! and dropped back at two o'clock. The bill was extremely reasonable as well at only £163.00 and that's not including the tyre for my friends car he noticed on the way to pick up mine. The tyre on her car blew out the day before with a tear, and Fraser's dad noticed on the way to pick up mine. He enquired as my friend answered the door as I was on nights, about it and offered to pick her up a new tyre on the rim for her car and even fix it on. My friend is 82 and for me that was the best thing ever. They are so efficient, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommended and on the plus my friend is now using them in the future to. I have found a mechanic for life.

Excellent service! Great standards and Frazer always goes the extra mile. He certainly knows his way around cars!!
