Young and Inexperienced mechanics who seem to experiment on repairs. The new management is awful! Wish we still had the old management from few years ago. Misdiagnosed fault in car 3 times. Ended up paying close to £600 for a £200 job. Even got charged extra £60 for a demister fuse which went bad after they repaired initial fault, had to wait 1 week for their ‘auto-electrician’ to tell me about a missing fuse and replace it. Ended up going to main dealership who diagnosed simple motor fault and repaired it the same day. My opinion:- Avoid getting car repaired at Holmesdale garage. Go to a reputable garage or main dealership and save your time and most importantly your money!

Really good customer services and staffs. They charged resionable price. I been nearly closing time but they don't hesitated and finished my work. Quick efficient and honest, just takes all the strain out of car repairs and no nasty surprises at the end.

Awful garage and untrustworthy. Took car to be repaired and it was botched. Car broke down and another garage found the cause, yes you guessed it...their botch job. So it ended up costing me a lot of money to sort out a problem which really could have been avoided, if Holmesdale had done their job. Made a complaint and didn't hear back-No surprises there!

I went back to the main dealer on garage's recommendation and it was pretty embarrassing the damage they caused by diagnosing the issue incorrectly 3 times. In the end, it cost a lot of money for what was a relatively simple filter change.

This is a great garage to go to. You will never be ripped off. They are efficient and reasonably priced. They are honest and trustworthy which can't be said for all garages. Richard has been repairing my car for years and I trust him completely. I would definitely recommend using this garage.
