Very poor service. They gave me a quote for the job and then tried to charge me over 100 pound more when I came to pick up the car. I then had to take the car back because the initial problem with the car was still not fixed and they then tried to charge me further for completing the initial job they did not do right. The service is poor. 

When i took my car back a third time and told them I want them to fix the problem that they had said they had fixed which they hadn't, I was met with rudeness. I was then told it was my fault because I didn't tell them what the problem was with the car and it was not their fault. I spent a lot of money and in the end the car was not fixed. I have had to cut my losses and go elsewhere to get it fixed.

I would avoid using this service at all cost. They will add extra work on to the job they tell you they are going to do and they will not take responsibility when things go wrong with their service.

Having spent far too much at my nearest garage, obviously out of their depth , with the fault constantly returning. Made appointment with service plus , the fault which had been ongoing for 6 weeks was speedily identified and repaired. Full explanation of work carried out and  having paid for an  unnecessary dpf at another garage

Thanks to Robert & his team at Service Plus. Their expert knowledge diagnosed my limp mode problem & fixed it. Sticking fuel pump. My Galaxy first went to a ford main dealer (Dees of Croydon) they diagnosed leaky & worn injectors which they replaced - cost me £2996 - still had limp mode problem which they did not/could not fix. mmmm how would you feel if you spent nearly 3 grand and still had the same problem. I complained, they gave me a service voucher worth two bob. I will not be using it!

They charged me over 600 pounds for B service that should be £275 according to conversation over the phone when booking appointment. I been told that they have pulled a nail of the tyre and air gone down so without asking me they have charged me £16.50 to fix this witch I dont belive ever happend anyway...
 Also they where trying to make me agree with gearbox oil change (£200-250) because is over 36000 miles, in this car is 75k miles to do this not 36k. They said they are approved by Mercedes so I'm not gonna lose my warranty. According to Mercedes Caterham the only service I can do not to lose warranty is with them (Mercedes) . Void them a much as you can as they bad news! I'm very disappointed. My opinion is based on expiriance with people from Service Plus Redhill (Bosch) the office, not mechanics. They where actually making sense with what they were saying, and the prices sounded OK,  until you go the the front desk, there everything is changing!
To make it even more interesting, Bosch garage in A217 Reigate for the same service quoted me £260.00 including VAT. Not over 600!
If main dealer is gonna tell me that I've lost my warranty I'm going to take them to court.
