IN-credible!!! Integrity best describes this place! Going to a garage is like going to the dentist, filled with a bit of anxiety and unsure how much the bill will come to. First time here and never have I seen a garage with such high standards. I have been driving for over 40 years and owned way too many cars. Staff were friendly and helpful. The waiting room is very clean and a free warm cuppa on a freezing Jan day was much appreciated. They were very accommodating. The print out of work done which was clearly RAG rated and staff took the time to explain what issues to look out for without a hint of a hard sell. I felt comfortable to ask questions. The bill was reasonable but the customer service was priceless! My car is due for an MOT. Coming back here is a no brainer. Thank you to the manager for setting the tone. I've been a regular customer at Reigate Motor Company for around 5-years and they've provided a consistently professional and high quality service. Every time I've had a car issue I have always felt that I can ring the business' very kind representatives, Rob or Ronnie, who always go out their way to help, and get my car booked in for the necessary service.  They have an excellent turnaround time, don't overcharge you for unnecessary items or services, and provide helpful recommendations for future repairs. Recently they helped me cut off some metal that was hanging off the bottom of my car for free, just to help me out, and they had helped me change my damaged tyre to a spare when I was having trouble.  Overall, I'd 100% recommend going to Reigate Motor Company if you're looking for a reliable and high quality garage, with expert advice, and fantastic customer service.

A long-overdue review for a brilliant, friendly, but highly professional team, at a fraction of the cost of a main dealer. I have used Reigate Motors for some years, and have never failed to be impressed; they truly understand that giving good service brings people back time and time again. Good example: Recently I was worried by how my Juke was running; they took it in, test drove it twice, stuck it on the computer diagnostics and came back with an all-clear. The cost for doing that? Nothing. We have 3 cars in our family, and they are all taken to Reigate Motors, so clearly they see the bigger picture. Highly professional people, who do not hesitate to go out of their way to help find a solution to an issue. Reasonable prices. Can only hope for all garages to be like them in ethics, integrity and workmanship.
