This cafe's staff consistently amazes me with their exceptional customer service and they are very friendly as well. Every visit feels like a warm welcome, and they go out of their way to make you feel valued. The quality of their drinks and food is top-notch, and the atmosphere is just perfect for a good break. I can't praise this place and the lovely ladies enough; it is always a five-star experience every single time!
First visit for a while. It is May now and something had changed the food. New policy? New chef? Or what? Still good and good-value but a little less adventurous, more solid.
Lovely place and we’ll decorated , very friendly staff as well. However the coffee tasted burned, given that is the only place in the area where to get coffee please please calibrate your coffee recipe and it’ll be 100% better and perhaps you’ll get more customers would go back with work colleagues if coffee tastes betterFood: 3/5
Since the change in management you can really tell the difference. Paid £3.50 for a hot chocolate which was ironically cold also had clumps of coco powder in it.Food: 1/5

Always loved the atmosphere here. Only thing I'd say is there was no vegan food on the menu and the only dairy-free milk they had was Soya which I tolerated lol. I also never said I was taking my drink away but they gave it to me in a disposable cup which I then sat on the premises with.
Stupid over the top COVID restrictions requiring you to use a shared by the masses thermometer. Very agressive security guard when questioned. They are many other options in the local area that are being sensible
Rarely have anything actually available and when they do it’s a three day old sandwich for £4 Six months later and it's the same. No variety, no option, no choice.
