Stopped here to get off our feet for a minute, absolutely lovely service, amazing coffee and dainty, cosy place. Very clean, and a dash of a little extra care and attention! Highly recommend.
Poor effort, asked for a breakfast and received a bowl of beans a sausage sandwich which had the sausages still pink in the middle. One hash brown and a cold fried egg. This was supposed to cost £4.50 I’d advise people not to eat here unless they want food poisoning
Terrible service, sausage sandwich consisted of one sausage in 2 pieces of stale bread. Coffee was atrocious. Partner had a breakfast of cold beans and a stale sandwich with cold bacon. They did not even try to make the food nice, or appetising . Why bother having a cafe?
I love the coffee here. The cafe is is super cozy and staff is very friendly. Great service! Good place to hang out. You guys should try the waffles here, they are amazing !
Theres an extremely rude indian middle age lady who will try to deceive you and earn any penny if she can. Before we were served, she tried to give the wrong change to a customer. However, the student spotted and said it but she still pretended she was correct until the customer showed her the change. We only ordered a half waffle which is £2.50 on the menu and she served each of us a quater waffle. She asked me to pay £5 because she said she served us two plates. I tried to use maths to describe what the difference is between a half and a quater and she shouted at me, asking me to go out because she was too busy but I swear there was no one else in the coffee shop at all. Also, she charged me twice by asking me to tap on the card machine twice. I paid £10 for 2 low quality rock hard quarter waffles with rotten sfraberries on top. She even said I only paid little money not £100 and I should not care. She said no customers complained before even when she charged them the same amount of money. I would not recommed this place. A half waffle for £10. Just because she pretends she cannot speak good english and she can get away from it??!!! I wish i could give minus 1000000000000 points for this shop.
One of the most cozy places near BCU and millennium point, pastries and coffee are delicious, serves pizza, waffles with different toppings, no alcoholic drinks and breakfast till 11:30 am. Seatings are comfy, a table that can accommodate a group of 8 and other that can serve 2 or 3 heads. Staff are nice and friendly. A good place to hang out in.
DO NOT TRUST this coffee shop. The owner of this Cafe is an infamous guy based on the google reviews put for his property company, who is running a property agent, which name is "Birmingham-Rooms" in the corner of his shop. They have not paid back my deposit after the end of my contract. They gave me a check, but their check was bounced after a couple of days. The agent initially was at another place, but they moved it to the corner of this cafe Coffee Kup, probably because they wanted to stay away from the other similar victims. Finally, after two weeks of persistent chasing, I managed to get my money back.
Okay coffee and quiet place, but if you say "our prices went up" update your signs. And there's NO free WiFi as advertised per sign on door. Next time I'll stick to Nero or Costa again
Has to be the worst cafe I've been to, full English consists of a sandwich & a cold pot of beans covered in vinegar. Sausage wasnt cooked. Coffee was just frothy milk.
A nice, relaxed coffee shop - very small compared to most other coffee shops I've been to, but it's very cheap and has a good range of stuff on the menu. Also has friendly staff and a large TV feature which I liked.
