Found the staff were extremely unprofessional and found the clothing to be of a poor quality for the price asked. In addition, I realised after ringing on a number of occasions. In response, I decided to walk past the shop to see if there was anyone there to answer my questions and there was no one on the shop floor. I'm a retail assistant and I believe that the shop floor should be attended at all time for security purposes. I believe this is against company policy and actions should be taken in regards to this matter.

As with the majority of reviews on Google regarding Quiz stores, the customer service is beyond terrible and very unwilling to help once you don't have a receipt. Seems to be the same across the UK, avoid where possible.
