Lovely site, wardens and staff are great and helpful. Good falconry display in the courtyard one evening. Shop in site well stocked and reasonably priced. Only downside would be that being close to the park is VERY noisy and would request a pitch further away on my next visit.
Fantastic site, hired the disabled caravan for my Dad couldn't have been better, lots of aids to make your stay so easy. Very clean spacious just perfect. Great position only a few minutes from Pitlochry town. Staff on site were so helpful and friendly perfect stay.
Great Park for the kids. Should be one way and too many drivers going too fast in a caravan site. Need to have 5mp signs. Otherwise very friendly staff and clean toilets/ showers. Very dog friendly and good play park for children
Really good. Very nice folk running it. Facilities are kept to a very high standard, the only thing is the shower could be a bit hotter especially if you go later when the air is chilly. Very clean, lots of places to fill up on water and to hookup electricity.
Great park and location. Facilities were great. Shower in ladies change room was cold. Would love if tbis place had a gym too It does have a sauna and steam room which are great
Lovely open site with plenty of space between the vans. Short walk into Pitlochry and you have the on-site facilities too. Restaurant food is good. Must be early to book your swimming pool slots as they get filled up quite quickly. Site shop sells everything to keep you going and reasonably priced. You can walk to the river in minutes & is great for paddling, paddle boards and kayaking. Pitlochry town is approx two miles away. Only thing I would add is there is only one chemical loo at entrance to site. Another one up the top end would be ideal.
Absolute great find. Caravan site is well maintained. Toilets spotless. Shop has everything.great customer relations. Meals lovely. Definitely will be back. A well run caravan site defo 5
The attraction to faskally is it facilities which we have to say are superb, the swimming pool, bar restaurant and toilet block are all fantastic. Unfortunately these superb facilities are spoiled by the housing scheme of static caravans, entry to the swimming pool is an extra cost not included in your pitch fees and touring pitches so close together they are a fire hazard. Sadly we won't be returning anytime soon.
We recently stayed here for the 3rd year in a row, spending a week in one of their 2 bedroom lodges/chalets. These are situated in a separate area of the Park, away from the static caravans and touring area. The Park has good facilities with its own swimming pool, jacuzzi, bar/restaurant, laundrette as well as a small shop/reception where you can buy essentials. The park is situated about 2 miles outside the town of Pitlochry and is surrounded by glorious scenery. The lodges comprise a mixture of privately owned and hire 2 and 3 bedroom models with 5 available to rent. They are well equipped and comfortable and cosy with nice verandahs and full central heating. Fortunately dogs are not allowed in the lodges though I believe dogs may be acceptable in some of their hire caravans, check with the park.
Beautiful place as you can see from my profile picture in the summer down by the river. this is my go to so I can escape reality for a while and just chill out with the dogs, shame they don’t offer camping anymore though
