Lovely caravans and lodges, stayed in a nice caravan with the kids and it was lovely. There was a pool that you could book slots for, a nice little park and a bar / resteraunt for reservation sit in or takeaway. It was in a lovely area with nice walks, only 15 minutes walking distance from Dunkeld. Would definitely recommend Rooms: 5/5

Had a night in the Atholl apartment. Checking in was a bit disjointed but sorted quickly. The apartment is lovely in an old building with high ceilings. Lovely big rooms. TV and WiFi working which was nice. Kitchen looked new and was done nicely.  Only negatives we found were no coffee/occasional tables in living room to put drinks down on and no bedside lights so you needed to use the main light and turn it off and find your way to the bed!  We had our toddler with us and some of the doors were squeaky which isn't a problem normally but worth noting if you are bringing children and getting them to sleep.  Rooms: Lovely big rooms with high ceilings.

Probably the worst place we have ever stayed! Advertised as quiet highland retreat but noisy kylie tribute pumping through your room all night! Kareoke vibrating your room. For £240 a night I would rather stay in a tent. Avoid at all costs unless you like your room being a disco. So so disappointed.

I would not stay here again, apartment was nice, lovely location however...... We booked an apartment for privacy and to relax, we were above the bar area and there was a singer on I say singer, I've heard more tuneful cats being strangled! no sound proofing and it was blaring! Couldn't even hear the  TV and when we did try to go to bed it seemed to get louder, and her dulcet tones vibrated through the mattress. At just over £200 for one night we expected a bit of peace and quiet!

We stayed in Vale 7 and all I can say is wow absolutely beautiful spotlessly clean, staff amazing always so helpful. Food and drink were great and walks were out of this world and close to the towns. Cannot wait to book to come back here one of the best breaks away I've ever had.Rooms: 5/5

We book a holiday for a week the van was ok but the cleaning was very poor and not 5 starts at all no entertainment no bingo Northing to do there is a swimming pool that was good the food was ok  had to pay extra £170 for stay 2 night not happy experience put us in a other van in the same name and very poor cleaning yet againService: 1/5

I went for a meal for my birthday, myself and 9 friends, the meal and the service was superb, I have been there a few times as I live close by, always very happy....thank you.  Food & drinks: First class good first drink,and service Would highly recommend to anyone.

Just had a fantastic weekend here. Stayed Fri-Mon total peace, tranquillity stunning place to visit. Park is well maintained, went to pool and sauna couple days excellent facilities for someone who wants to be a little out the way. Staff super friendly and people at the park always said hello never passed u by. Must Say Saturday night entertainment was fantastic BILLY IRVINE SOUNDS OF THE 80S. He was brilliant thanku for a great night mate honestly brilliant night don't miss him if he's there got involved with his entertainment, brilliant night won't forget it lovely place to visit

Lovely stay at erigmore cottage. The cottage was very comfortable and clean. Great hot tub. Holiday park has a lovely location.  Pool was clean and lovely and warm. Nice walk along the river into Dunkeld. Decent selection of food in the bar/restaurant. Staff all very friendly and helpful. I had ordered flowers as it was my daughters birthday and a bottle of Prosecco and box of chocolates was left in the cottage for her - a nice touch. A great place for a quiet and relaxing break.

Excellent stay in the Atholl apartment, very spacious for a family of 5. The grounds are beautifully kept and the estate is very peaceful. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the food. The pool and sauna was lovely and never crowded, you have to book yourselves in. The jacuzzi doesn't work even though its advertised. The kids did a lovely trail around the estate, answered the questions, solved the clues and earned themselves a certificate which they were most proud of. There is a lovely walk along the river to Dunkeld with little sandy parts where the kids like to stop and play. The trees are hugely impressive, pun intended...the mighty Birnam oak is legendary but so many other lovely large trees along the river. The WiFi connection is poor at best, luckily we had unlimited data, and the shower curtain is not very good at keeping the water in the cubicle. A larger pan would have been useful for boiling pasta especially for 5 of is!. We stayed Monday to Friday and there was no entertainment available all week,  we were looking forward to a quiz or some karaoke as something different to do as this was also advertised. Having said that, adults and children loved this holiday and we would love to come back,  maybe try a hot tub lodge next time.
