Very slow service. Staff very unfriendly. Always long queue. Use this post office only in emergency. Better option post Office on Stoke poges lane (5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk). Friendly and very welcome staff . Farnham Road not recommended at ALL!

Worst customer service ! The lady was so rude and giving me quick, short answer without even looking at me when I kindly asked some questions about parcels! There is always a long queue and the overall experience was unpleasant ! Looking at the reviews , they should close this post office to be honest.

took my wifes hp tablet in for repair was charged £35 to replace charging port when i took it home it would not charge more than once and that was it we were busy so we took it back a couple of weeks later. They tried to charge my wife a second time and after a lot of arguing they said they would see what they could do. Collected today they plugged it in and said ok but wont repair again when we went to charge it at home nothing. What a waste of money might just as well have given the money to the beggars who are always nearby. Avoid like the plague.I have only given 1 star otherwise the review would not go on make that minus 1000.

I have visited this post office for a few times. Every time they try to charge you more when sending parcels, when it supposed to be large letter they charge for small parcels. Even if you point out the mistake after checking the receipt, they wouldn't give your money back. They are untrustworthy for the service they provide. If you have to post there, make sure you know the size and weight of parcels/letters. Don't give them a chance to charge you more then what you supposed to pay.
