This morning I had the most outstanding serivce from the Post Office in Cippenham Slough. I was served by Jas who was very welcoming, she smiled for the entire time. She spoke to me about various things and was able to put a smile in my heart. She was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you to Royal mail (Jas)

In my opinion this Postoffice is one of the best. It’s small yes, but the service is great, friendly and informative.

Rude, ignorant staff. Dirty, dusty and generally untidy. Don't expect to be served with a smile or in a civil and respectful manner, wipe your feet on your way out!

The queue is sometimes a bit long....A small Post Office...but the Customer service is very good....

Extremely rude and slow staff. Visited with my crying 5month old baby but the lady decided to carry on with her conversation with her friend as make me wait 5mins to serve me. On the 2nd occasion I was collecting a parcel I missed at him only to be rudely told that I should be at home when the delivery takes place and it’s an inconvenience for her (even though I’m paying for this service).
