Housing dept staff are very rude and dishonest esp Lauren Hamilton she speaks to you as if you are a parasite whenever you call her. A robot would be 100% better. Don't bother making complaints they cover everything up to save face. What are these people paid for? They ignore letters and calls and when caught being dishonest they lie more and more. No one takes responsibility for problems. The housing officers need training in basic politeness and common decency.

Someone rang me from the council at 9am; 27/09/17 ; didn't give his name and he seemed like he didn't have the adequate information to assess my claim. He then began trying to be rude . Had to leave the call ;obviously looking for someone to unload his stress on. This was from the Housing Discretionary department. It turn's out his name is Paul Webster. He continues to e mail me all day long; a letter in the post would have done or one e mail. Other than that the staff in the Council are friendly,hardworking and provide good customer service :)

Absolutely useless. Hung up on when asked to speak to someone else, got assigned a new social lettings person was not told our old one left or that we have a new one for a year, they only told me because I called them. I have called for over 12 weeks left voicemails and nobody has gotten in touch. Have mould landlord didn't do anything, council did nothing, had to buy our own dehumidifier also living with baby and someone who suffers from eczema and asthma. Very annoying, very useless and very very rude. Will be moving away from slough because of the lack of advice/help the council offer.

The worst customer service ever. Not helpful, rude, don't do their job properly, in fact they don't do their job at all. There is this neighbourhood housing officer called Sam Nisa, who is so useless, I don't understand how people like that can work in the organisations dealing with people. She should not even be working there. Very very poor customer service. If it would be possible I would never dealt with them. Be aware, very very bad!!!
