one of the worst and time wasting people to have ever experienced in my life,  just a small correction and they made it a huge deal took more than 2 months to sort it out. never picks thier phone, i was put on hold and then they hung up on me

Quoted near £700 for registrar?!
No option to pay deposit and pay nearer date or payment plan. Expected to pay it all up front when bringing in ID & details. 
Only council I know of such a thing.

cant get hold of anyone and just keeps going to O2 answer phone not professional at all all i want is a birth certificate

Having tried all day to get an answer, finally got through to someone who took the details and said they would return the call.  Surprise, surprise no call.  A death in the family is bad enough without this kind of treatment too
