I bought a car from the dealer over 10 years ago for my ex-wife and found the dealer to be very helpful and I got a great deal. I was comforted by the fact that the dealer was long established family company. Since then I have been back and bought 2 other cars from the dealer with no issues at all. My last purchase was from Harry, who I believe has taken over the running of the business from his father. From start to finish Harry was helpful, knowledgeable and kept me fully informed at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Falcon Garage to my friends and family.
Visited this dealership after a return from living in France for 12 years. I had seen the car I wanted to buy online and it did not disappoint. Harry was helpful without being pushy and I felt was an honest and upfront sort of person. He allowed us to test drive without accompanying us which put me at ease. He even drove the car to his home which made the pick up for me so much easier as we lived at a distance and his home was much closer to us. The car is perfect, and everything I hoped for and then some. I will not hesitate to return in the future when I'm ready to change vehicles. Thanks to Harry and all the team at Falcon Garage.
My partner brought a renult scenic car from harry at falcon garage.. We had a slight problem with the car but spoke to harry he told me to bring it back straight away and he would sort it out ... He supplied me with a courtesy car to enable me to get back home.. I left the car with him and the slight problem was fix the very same day ... I would just like to say what a fantastic service he provided and excellent customer service he provided He is a true and genuine gentleman... We have had the car for over two week and it runs like a brand new car.. We looked at a few garages and all the sales staff where interested in was how much we wanted to pay... Harry just left us alone to look around is stock and if we need any help he was more happy to assist us.. Thanks again harry for your excellent service I would recommend your garage to anybody looking for a car at the right price..
My experience with Falcon has been nothing short of excellent. It's always been very apparent to me that this is a business built on a strong foundation of integrity and every subsequent visit has only strengthened that impression. I purchased my car from them 2 years ago and Harry was super transparent and non-pushy, ultimately selling me a car that was exactly as advertised. I live over an hour away and have been going back since for services + MOT's etc because I find trusting them easy. This isn't some faceless corporation, it's a family run business who have spent decades crafting their reputation. I suggest if you are contemplating buying a car from them or using their services, you strongly consider it because I feel places with high levels of integrity like this are hard to come by. In an industry seemingly populated almost entirely by sharks, it feels good to put the money in the pockets of the good guys.
I bought a car from them and the service was excellent. No pressure sale and good advice. Harry noticed the cam belt needed changing and did it without hesitation and gave the car a service and mot.I would happily go back for another car in the future.Thanks.
Purchased a lovely Renault Megane from Falcon Garage after my much loved Peugeot developed far too many repairs. Absolutely love the car, have had no issues at all. Staff, in particular Harry went out of their way to ensure I had the right car for me, I can't praise them enough.
Having bought my cars over the past 15 years from Falcon Garage i have only positive things to say. The customer service is always second to none and i have always felt very well looked after and understood as a buyer. A great family run business.
Great experience from start to finish, nobody likes parting with so much money but it was certainly made less painful by the staff at Falcon Garage. Car was as described, were given opportunities to look the car over and test drive. The car was in excellent condition, fully serviced, valleted and another interior/exterior inspection carried out on collection of the car. Very impressed how staff went out of their way to help and advise, very professional throughout. I would certainly recommend them if you are looking for a new car. Harry is a lovely bloke and will do anything for you while you're purchasing a vehicle. After sales service can be a bit hit and miss. We've had a recurring problem that was supposedly fixed under the warranty but has returned. Promises to ring back but rarely does. On balance, we've decided to seek assistance from another garage.
Unfortunately after only buying the car 18 months ago we are now having to scrap the car due to the costs of repairs. Cars are mechanical and I fully understand things can go wrong but this car has had faults from the moment we bought it and has costs us thousands in repairs. A fault was detected as soon as we bought the car and it was fixed in the garage, within a couple of weeks of owning the car it had a fault with the coolent, this was fixed by the garage. The car then developed further faults and within 3 months the car was back in their garage a further three times, one of these times the car was kept for over a week, making things difficult with 3 children. The car then developed a fuel pipe leak and the coolant went again. As a consequence we took the car to a different garage as we could not take the risk of the car being kept for a long period again. Now again just under 18 months we have had to call the RAC out yet again and due to the cost of repairs we are going to have to scrap the car. I understand cars develop faults but the faults started as soon as we drove off the fore court. It’s a shame that we now have to go car shopping again after spending so much money on what appears to have been a dodgy car from the beginning
