Lovely team! 

Walked in unannounced, was served by Chris - lovely chap! 

He took his time with us, answering a million questions, helping us sort a test drive and explaining the varying models in stock and their spec (I'm not very car savvy, but felt comfortable making this choice!) 

Great team, 100% better than the customer service in the Cannock team (avoid at all costs!) - go to Bilston, you won't regret it!

Recently purchased a new car from here and dealt with Chris from Start to finish. I enquired about a car that had been sold and Chris called me with an alternative and invited me to come and see it. Ended up buying the alternative.
Chris was honest and professional throughout, did his job well and was not the typical 'pushy' car salesman.
