Could not fault the owners of this Car garage, they were helpful, friendly and professional The issue, however, was the actual car which I am going to have to replace after under a year of ownership. There was an oil leak from the start which, I have to give it to them, they helped cover half of the repair cost which was very good, I took it that this was a one-off issue that got missed but as I started driving the car more, I noticed issue after issue arising unfortunately, these occurred outside of my three month warranty so I am now left with a car that is falling apart at the seams and becoming unbearable to drive. I will not risk taking it on long journeys as I don't trust it - it stopped working in the middle of the road.All In all, this has been an absolute nightmare for me as a first time driver, not to mention a huge cost burden trying to replace and fix things here and there. had to replace two tyres after just purchasing the car, one was under the legal tread and the other had a crack in. I would urge you to thoroughly check any car you you purchase from this garage, I am hoping for other customer's sake that this Car was just a bad apple out of a good batch.
The owners responded to my message on car gurus. The service was professional and friendly. Dan and Paul are very helpful. I would definitely recommend Ebenezer cars and will buy a car from them again in the future.
Brilliant service bought a car light came on dashboard a month later took it back they sorted it no problem polite and courteous great service
