They sell you a car at a fair price, note not a great price, just fair. Don't expect an exceptional service. They leave the car with not much fuel in. They also didn't help fix the sat nav as expected. We bought the car 4 weeks ago and still haven't heard about the additional parts they promised. We only needed these parts due to them not checking the car well enough and only realising on the day there were selling us the car there were further issues. Overall 2 star.
My mother took her car in for a clutch. Not only was the repair unsuccessful, it cost more than £700, Autosales also wrote the car off and attempted to cover this up from a 71 year old woman. Currently refusing to engage in a conversation with myself about the whole process. £713 bill for a car that is now in a breakers yard - Terrible doesn't come close, and legal action being sort. I would look elsewhere.
Excellent service salesmen were very helpful with picking the car and when we picked up the the car explained everything we wanted to now thanks to all at garage

Been dealing with them for a few years now .which says another in itself. Friendly staff who try to find something to suit your needs, just a shame they cannot get other manufacturers cars in the Johnson group there anymore..
I took my car to Suzuki Bilston to buy the Ket Fob form them, and they could not program th enew key fob and screwed up my original programming of my existing keys and charged me money for even screwing up the programming and their excuse was that they spent time. Infact if they did not know how to program the keys then they should have not even attempted to update the programming. Parts depart ment is good but the service department is only interested in the money and don't care about the customers.
