Recently and expensively! refurbished, these venues look amazing. Good acoustics, good seating, lovely front of house area. You won't regret a visit.
Wonderful refurbishment. Ashcroft seating is comfortable and has ample legroom. Gents toilets could be a bit larger.
Saw Frank Turner perform a really intimate acoustic set. The venue is a really good size with very friendly staff and good facilities. Looking forward to more concerts here, would highly recommend!!
It is municipal brutalism designed as usual by architects who have never been to a theatre and think in cinema or concert hall terms only. Vast flyers inadequate loos. Friendly staff but second rate caff
Great venue, tastefully and sympathetically done up. Lots of great performances to see, wish the mailing list was more effective. Bar staff are pretty slow in service but very polite. The restaurant was great when we tried it.

Fairfield Halls has undergone a major refurbishment. Whilst it was expensive, it now has a new lease of life and is being managed by the charity BHLive which also has a focus on the community. They have a fantastic business lounge which is really useful for meetings being so close to East Croydon station.
