Lovely little theatre. Saw Cake the Marie Antoinette Story. Fantastic show. It's a small place with highly pitched seats, so great views from every seat. Comfortable with plenty of legroom. Reasonable prices for West End.
Really nice, modern theatre. Have been a couple of times and enjoyed both performances. Saw Cake this time which was fun. Seats are comfortable, no probs with view as rake is good. Nice bar, friendly staff.
Came for ‘shake it up’ the Shakespeare improv, which was hilarious and some of the best I’ve seen in years. The venue it’s self which is fairly new in town, is quite stylish, clean and has generally a good layout. The studio did feel a bit cramped but the chairs can be moved a bit. Two hours tho in a basic chair isn’t really great tho, so you’ll have to stand and move around every so often. Staff seem friendly.
I went to see ‘Fantastically Great Women Who Changed The World’ at this theatre - the timing of 4 pm suited our itinerary and we were not disappointed. I would have preferred a more cerebral play but glad to have come to the ‘Other Palace Theatre’ - situated beside Buckingham Palace… Quite an uplifting play for little girls. My 20 year old boy thought it quite entertaining. The small modern auditorium with staggered seating allows good views wherever you sit.
What a lovely little theatre, with a well priced restaurant and bar. The drinks were no more expensive than other pubs in the area. The snacks were a tad expensive but what you expect. Entry was quick and smooth. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Very spacious seats. We sat on the front row and we were level with the stage which made the experience really good. There is no ‘stage door’ but the actors from ‘Babies’ came out the front and spent plenty of time with guests. Overall a nice experience. Lots of good events coming up too.
Excellent location. Quiet, comfortable room. However, there was a strange odor in the bathroom. Also, had a problem with our coffee maker. We loved the breakfast buffet and the live jazz in the dining room. Also, we would like to single out Julia for her excellent service in the dining room. Her outgoing personality helped to give us a first rate dining experience.
Wow! So happy I got to see the Fantastically Great Women who Changed the World before it ended. I got it recommended by kids and adults and having read the book during my babysitting jobs, I am glad i decided to see it. The whole cast was incredibly talented, live music by a groovy band completed the whole performance alongside bright and colourful costumes and stage! Although the performance started almost 1h late due to a cast member being stuck in traffic or something, the staff was polite. The Other Palace theatre is small, but great as no matter where you sit, you get a great view of the stage!
A magnificent theatre with 312 seats nearly Victorian station originally1766 it was Charlotte chapel,in 1924 it was converted into a cinema and only in 1931 it became a theatre r. On the Ground floor theatre is a pub with variety of gin and coffee and also small studio theatre with 120 seats. We were lucky enough to watch "Cruel intentions"-an absolutely perfect musical 2015 with wonderful cast. During antract you could buy ice cream and fruit, common areas were also very clean. Excellent acting, fiery music,made us laugh often - it was wonderful evening!To remember him,we bought a souvenir in the shop downstairs
A very cute off West End theatre with a bar and restaurant. Location a bit isolated but it's close to tube and quick taxi to soho. Babies The Musical is its current tenant and it's a lovely funny sweet show with wonderful young actors and a great new score.
I was sat in front of the stage, was reminded not to put anything on the stage. I enjoyed the theatre show I went to see ‘Fantastically Great Women’. I think the theatre was ideal for this show. The theatre itself is small but this doesn’t take away from it as the service is the same as with larger theatres.
