Really good customer service with a knowledgeable member of staff helping me pick a wedding ring. Definitely patient. Happy to recommend.

My Daughter and I both bought christening gifts from here.As the boxes were in sleeves when I got mine home the box looked like it had tape on it and been ripped off all down one side of the lid.My Daughters box wasn't much better so she took them back.Hinds didn't want to know wouldn't change the box so we exchanged the gift.With her gift which was a Disney gift they blamed Disney.So I give a second choice gift sh e gives one what looks like a second -hand box.Shocking customer service would have got treated better at Argos.Never use this shop if your sensible
