Went today to the Pandora shop at Rushden Lakes to have a look at the new collections, no intentions to buy anything specifically but left with a new ring because the shop assistant who offered to help was so nice and helpful with sizes and prices and patient with me trying on various models. The receipt says her name is Pauline, thank you for a lovely experience, will definitely come back again.

Visited the Rushden Lakes store today. Extremely disappointed to have spent 10 minutes in the store with only one other customer in there at the time( who was being tended to ) listening to the remaining 4 assistants discussing their plans for the weekend. It was only when the sales assistant had finished with the previous customer that she had the decency to acknowledge us. If it had not been for this particular member of the 'team' we would have left and visited Bedford store.

Been into the store on two occassions now and cànnot fault the customer service. It was quiet on both occassions and on one was the only customer so had plenty of attention from the staff.

Shopping with my Mother-in-Law we were ignored for 10 minutes by the lady shop assistants in which we gave up and decided to shop in the Kettering store instead who were very prompt serving us. Will not bother going in this store again.
