Shocking customer service from the owner. Rude and has a non existent customer service skillset. £15 to take some links out of a watch too which is a disgrace. Won’t be going back there purely because of him.

It is so lovely to shop here. The customer services is absolutely amazing, so nice to have their expertise on hand, not to mention the personal service when you need a bit of help choosing from the wonderful selection. Thank you all at PW House.
