A small but friendly pet supply shop with an adjacent dog grooming shop.

***NEW OWNERS Beautiful and welcoming family run pet product store. Pets are permitted in store - wouldn't be much of a pet store if not and they have water outside for thirsty visitors (of the non-human kind) Owner goes out of her way to assist you - she even sourced something for me she didn't stock. AND!! they do Home Delivery!! I love Berties and will be recommending to all my friends.

What a great find, new owner was very accommodating and allowed our little dog into the shop, the owner listened to our needs as our dog has a very sensitive stomach and we was shown what will be the best food to give to our pet, our pet loved the food. Nothing seemed to be a problem at all in this shop, I would highly recommend it.

Expensive shop with poor staff that don't have a clue about the items they are selling! Same products 2 mins down the road in asda and pets at home. Insure you check expire dates if you buy.
