I'm very disappointed with the customer service. I bought earrings for my daughter and they turned out to be to small for her. When 5 min later I went back to exchange them, I was told they can't do that as they don't exchange earnings for hygiene reasons. I really don't understand that as people try even bathing suits, bras, shoes etc. I was also not told by them about that policy. My daughter was there with me so they saw her and she's 7 years old and those earrings are probably would fit a infant. Don't recommend.
