Sugar Mango is my go to store for gifts or a treat for myself. Always such a wonderful selection to choose from. I'm such a fan of the beautiful jewellery in particular. I have always found Alison, the owner, to be nothing but polite and helpful. I cannot fault the customer service both in store and when ordering online. Can't wait til I'm back down South and able to visit again.

Sugar Mango is such a beaut little boutique in Southbourne! I love the style of clothes, the colours and it's great for gifts too. The staff are super helpful and even hand delivered items for me as I live just around the corner. They really do value their customers and will do whatever they can to make your shopping experience a positive one. Love SM!!

More unique than on the high street. Have picked up a few items of jewellery here, my wife loves them. After sales service outstanding

I've got nothing but good things to say...love this shop and the woman works alone so... it's hard to please everyone! Highly recommend but hey, I will continue to support her as long as she's in business.

Most unhelpful personnel who should learn about customer service.
Spent well over £100 prior to Christmas on items for family. However, wouldn't allow return and upgrade on particular item without receipt. Crazy , as would be spending more money overall. Both women, separately, said the other was the owner and that they wouldn't allow it
