Absolutely fantastic service! Took in a special ring I was nervous about being resized. Not only was it done within 24 for hours for a great price, but it looked brand new when I picked it up and fit perfectly! Thank you so much  very happy customer!

Had three rings rhodium coated to bring them back to their former glory. All done in less than 24 hours. Friendly and professional service. Highly recommend.

I had my Links solid silver key ring and fob repaired by soldering on a new silver ring and it was polished up and completed within a couple of hours. Pavil the goldsmith did a great job and at a reasonable price. It should be noted another local jeweller advised that it wasn’t hallmarked, not solid silver. Pavil weighed it to confirm the weight and that solid and found the Links hallmark on the key ring. I also took some of my wife’s jewellery  gold watch and some chains for a quote to sell and James gave a reasonable price so my wife accepted that. Both guys professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will return if I need a similar service. Highly recommended.

Received my Tag heuer watch the next day ordered online. Very happy with my purchase and Mark was very helpful resizing it for me. Was all as advertised great service and price. Will definitely be doing business again in the future. A+

Popped in today to get a clasp replaced for a pendant necklace. They were very kind and welcoming and replaced the clasp there and then. We couldn't be happier and will definitely return to them for anything we need doing in the future. Can't recommend enough!

These guys refurbished my late fathers Omega watch which needed some considerable TLC. The quality of workmanship brought a tear of joy to my mothers eyes simply amazing. They were knowledgeable honest and went above and beyond to carryout the work. Thank you from my heart.

I’ve had my Michael Kors watch repaired here. The guy was amazing! I was quoted in the hundreds by other jewellers. Even then not many would touch it! But he knew it had significant sentimental value took great care, carried out a good service, fast and reasonably priced. Wouldn’t ever use another jewellers again.

I visited Mark James Goldsmiths today with my mothers ring. She was very upset as it had become misshapen. Not only did Mark fix it immediately he also went out of his way to polish the ring and when I asked him how much I owed him he very kindly did not charge me. He went above and beyond to help and I will definitely be returning and highly recommend him to anyone looking for jewellery repairs. AMAZING! THANK YOU!
