Eyemouth Autocentre

The service we received was excellent. Swift, efficient recovery out of hours, really saved us when we were stranded and work was carried out quickly without fuss. A very reasonable invoice and friendly, welcoming staff made for an extremely happy customer here. Top marks.

This garage was a great garage, receptionists were lovely. On the other hand, during an MOT test my brake lines broke, over the phone I asked them if they could fix the lines, I was told they'd get back to me over the phone, they never did and I waited 3 days. Once I'd called them about the issue they had told me, not that they couldn't fix my brakes after breaking them, but that they would not fix them and that I should scrap the car! After 2 days and receiving the car and sending to another garage, they sent me a bill for the courtesy of breaking my car and telling me to scrap it over some broken brakes. I have since then got the brakes fixed and had another garage tell me that they were easy to fix and that Eyemouth AutoCentre has no reason as mechanics to be unable to fix my brakes. Ridiculous!
