Brilliant experience with Johnny at Aitken Walker. He arranged for me to test drive three cars at very short notice and then had the car I chose valeteted, serviced and a fresh MOT within 2 days. He even picked me up from home as my other car had died. Great selection of cars at most price points and a laid back sales approach. Quality cars and a quality service.
From start to finish, the service and quality from Aitken Walker was superb. Very down to earth, friendly, yet knowledgable and professional service from Johnny. Nothing was a problem at all, communication was excellent and I ended up with a fair deal that I was very happy with. The car was presented to a very high standard and exceeded my expectations. I doubt I’ll look at buying another car from a big company again and will much prefer this honest, reliable and professional family business. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish! We bought our new to us car here and we’re so impressed with this company. Johnny who we dealt with was genuine and courteous. He pointed out the minor flaws on the secondhand vehicle which he said would all be put right if we purchased it which they were. When we collected our vehicle it was immaculate. Aitken Walker had arranged for a tow bar to be fitted for us which we had paid for but we were astonished to find that they had also supplied us with a new registration plate for our caravan and a full tank of fuel! Communication throughout the sales experience was excellent. We would highly recommend this family company - one of the best we have ever dealt with.
