Couldn’t really ask for a better service, approached the family business in 2013 to purchase a Suzuki Jimny. Sourced the exact car and spec I was after within 2 weeks, since then I have bought 4 cars through these guys, one of which being very difficult to source but not for them. Flawless warranty, customer service, call outs and removal services, rare to find a business that cares about all its past, present and future customers. 5 stars.
Highly highly recommend Aitken-Walker. Bought my first car here and they really went above and beyond. All the staff are so kind and friendly, really eager to help with anything. No pushy salesmanship just honest and trustworthy and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Would definitely return. Delighted at the service we received from John and Graham last week when we popped in looking for our next new car. Great selection of vehicles on the forecourt and absolutely delighted with our choice . Made the whole buying experience so easy . If you value friendly, top class service, you won't find better in the Borders and beats any large dealership ive dealt with .Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone . It’s no surprise that I’ve been a customer of Aitken-Walker’s for forty years. As in the past, I’m delighted with the car they recently sourced for us. My wife has special needs now, and the car in question, which John found, ticks all the boxes. Added to that the aftercare, provided by Ian and the garage staff is second to none.
From start to finish it’s been fantastic customer service. Extremely friendly, knowledgable people who went out of their way to make buying my car both a joy and an easy experience. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Excellent experience buying from John at Aitken-Walker. Gave me all the information I needed and very friendly throughout. Car was in perfect condition when I arrived and they let me reserve the car for almost 2 weeks whilst I was on holiday which I'm very grateful for. Could not recommend these guys enough - would 100% return for another car in future.
