Bought a van from Allan in November, travelled up from South Wales via coach and Allan picked me from the station. Very pleasant guy and also the staff working at Waterloo. Didn't feel pressured into the purchase and was given a slight reduction in price as the van had a small vibration during braking. After owning the van for only 3 weeks unfortunately it had a problem, but without hesitation Allan sourced the part and sent it down to me and covered the cost of labour. Can only speak in positive terms regarding Allan and Waterloo van centre and would 100% buy from these guys again. Top service!
Very happy with Waterloo Van Centre. I recently bought a Ford Ranger from this business. I had a couple of minor issues with the vehicle which were fixed immediately, Allan and Adam were very easy to deal with and professional, I would certainly recommend them and am happy with the aftercare I received.
My overall experience at this garage has been brilliant from buying my van last year to having it’sMOT this year. The staff are super kind and friendly. Especially Allan and Adam. Couldn’t recommend these guys more. Thank you again.
Staff are above and beyond! All chipped in to repair my 5+ back tyre punctures bicycle, not car! which got me all the way to N. Berwick
So disappointed and let down by this company. I put down a deposit on a car and arranged delivery with them, only to see someone on a Facebook group car page stating they had bought that exact car. My partner contacted the person posting, and they had put a deposit down a week after I had, but upon calling the dealer they said they were going to let me down and give it to the later buyer as they wouldn't have to deliver as he could pick up. This meant they were not honoring my purchase, despite it being a week earlier. I feel that had my partner not spotted the post on Facebook, I would have been left in the dark. When asked why I wasn't immediately contacted, they said they didn't have my number and the seller is, in his words, "an old man" which is why he didn't email me, despite that being our main method of correspondence during the sale. They gave me a small compensation when refunding my deposit, but ultimately I have been messed around and my travel plans have been ruined due to not having a car as I had anticipated. So disappointed and angry.
Bought a van from here a few months back, and the clutch went 6 weeks later. Fair enough - it’s a 7 year old van. Allan never batted an eye, sorted it out no bother under his 3 month warranty. Can’t fault them, and the whole family were very friendly to deal with. Thanks folks!

Bought a Citroen dispatch from Alan at Waterloo. Had a little problem with it so took it back. In the meantime Alan gave me a courtesy van. Decided against the Despatch and Alan offered me another Transit connect at a discounted price. Couldn’t have been more fair with me. Well recommend. Hello, I bought a Vauxhall Vivaro from Waterloo vans in October last year. I had a few issues with the van and they were sorted no problem. Had another problem with the van out with the 3 month warranty period and Alan kindly lent me a ford transit for 6 weeks while he fixed my van with no charge. Huge thanks! I will definitely go back to Waterloo vans when comes time to change my van. A happy Gavin Dickie.
Absolutely ripped off from Alan at Waterloo van centre. Got a Renault Kangoo 2010 model. Van seemed a decent van and just had a brand new MOT with no advisories. Booked it in with a garage to get a timing belt and water pump replaced as the van did NOT come with a service book. So wanted to get it done for piece of mind. The mechanic put it on the ramp and their was 2 broken rear springs. Very rusty rear brake pipe and front discs and pads and rear discs and pads and shot to bits! And the worst thing is oil leaking from the turbo!! And this van passed a MOT! He has sold me a very very unsafe van. Phoned Alan never once explained why this has happened. Not even an apology nothing all he said is bring it back and I will give you your money back! Well that’s not good enough at all. I have spent a lot of money getting the van kitted out for my business as well as sign writing etc. No offer of paying for it to get fixed nothing. Or giving me some money back to cover costs. I will be taking this all the way as this van is very unsafe and he is clearly miss using the MOT,s so that will also be reported to the appropriate authorities! I would avoid this company and would not waste my money.
