Called in today to treat my old girl to a good bath. Chose Gleam Machine after hearing great things about them, however I wasn’t impressed. Weak mix of TFR sprayed on followed straight away by a very weak Snowfoam mix and then the lad proceeds to brush the whole I dunno if whole is the right word vehicle then before rinsing applies a very very weak wax coating. On inspection I see he’s missed a lot, and barely even touched the wheels. For £8 I feel violated. Defo won’t be back……… I see now why I prefer to do it myself Service:&nbsp;Full body wash

Bought a super-cheap Volvo as a runaround and gleam machine made it look and smell like new. Amazing job don't think I've ever seen a car look so RED!

Great bunch of people.  Very good at their job.

We have used Gleam Machine for several years now and have always been pleased with their service - attention to detail was appreciated and certainly value for money. However, visiting them today we were a bit disappointed.  We were not asked what we wanted we usually request wash and wax. The wheels were not treated prior to washing and the area around the mirrors was not washed during the clean. Our car is clean but not quite what we have come to expect from Gleam Machine. It is still value for money and would not hesitate to recommend them but a bit more contact with customers, together with what a wash includes, would be appreciated. We have ticked service not listed as we simply wanted a wash but that service is not showing as an option.
